JOB OVERVIEW

EPA Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Amazon Inventory Assistant to support day-to-day inventory operations across our client accounts.

This role requires the ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Role Overview:
This role is designed to become a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

The first 90 days will begin as a part-time position. Candidates who consistently meet performance expectations, demonstrate attention to detail and become a reliable member of the team will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Monitoring & Planning - Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and generate Work Orders (WOs) to maintain target inventory levels.

2. FBA Shipment Management - Create and manage FBA shipments, prepare required documentation, and coordinate execution with clients, 3PL partners, and internal teams.

3. Inventory Reconciliation - Track inbound shipments, reconcile Amazon-received quantities, investigate discrepancies, and assist with reimbursement claims when applicable.

4. Process Compliance - Follow inventory SOPs, workflows, trackers, and documentation requirements while helping maintain organized departmental systems.

Requirements:
1. Has experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially FBA inventory and shipment workflows.
2. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
3. Is willing to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.
