We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon and Image Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our product listings with compelling and accurate visual content, directly impacting customer engagement and sales on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in graphic design and image manipulation, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of Amazon's image requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Product Image Enhancement: Create high-quality, engaging product images that adhere to Amazon's strict guidelines and best practices. This includes:
Developing photo-real mockups to visualize products in various settings and configurations.
Performing advanced image retouching to ensure product accuracy, color consistency, and overall visual appeal.
Converting JPEG images to vector graphics for scalability and crispness across different resolutions.
Generating black and white line art for technical diagrams, product specifications, or unique visual styles.
Amazon Listing Optimization: Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to optimize product listings with visually appealing and informative imagery.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all visual content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon's evolving image policies.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of digital image assets.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon visual trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our product presentation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in image manipulation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Demonstrated ability to create photo-real mockups, perform advanced retouching, convert JPEGs to vectors, and generate black and white line art.
Strong understanding of Amazon's product image requirements and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large product catalogs on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of 3D rendering software for product visualization.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics and how visual content impacts conversion rates.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
