Salary Ranges from $500 to $1500/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
-Cloud-First Financial Integrity: Execute Xero and Hubdoc reconciliations to maintain real-time accuracy in AP/AR and expense categorization; proactively audit the Amazon Reimbursement team to ensure all recovered units and funds are captured. Deliver high-level support for CPA duties and month-end closes to produce tax-ready, forensic-level financial statements.
-HR & Team Performance: Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent and manage the full employee lifecycle—including payroll, attendance, and performance management—to ensure the organization strictly embodies the company’s code of conduct and core values while maintaining high standards of accountability.
-Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Gemini, Claude) through advanced prompt engineering to synthesize financial trends, automate internal HR policies, and optimize cross-departmental workflows via Slack, Drive, and Xero automation to meet tight deadlines.
