Amazon Graphic Designer (Project-Based | Philippines)

Pay: $10 per approved image
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Workload: Project-based, as needed (volume varies by client launches)
Contract: Freelance with long-term partnership potential

We build conversion-focused Amazon listing creatives that improve CTR, CVR, and category performance.

The Role
We’re hiring a specialized Amazon Graphic Designer- not a general VA.

You should already understand:
• Amazon main image strategy
• Lifestyle image storytelling
• Infographics for feature-to-benefit clarity
• A+ Content modules
• Compliance requirements
• How visuals influence conversion

You’ll work directly with our Account Managers via Slack and must be responsive when projects go live.

What You’ll Do
When projects are active, you’ll design:
• Main images optimized for CTR
• Lifestyle images
• Feature & benefit infographics
• Comparison charts
• A+ Content modules
• Brand story sections

You’ll also:
• Follow Amazon image specs precisely
• Turn around designs quickly
• Revise efficiently
• Maintain brand consistency

What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Proven Amazon listing design experience
• Portfolio showing Amazon-specific work
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
• Clean, conversion-driven style
• Excellent English comprehension
• Reliable Slack availability during live projects

Bonus:
• CPG or supplement brand experience
• CRO knowledge

Compensation & Expectations
• $10 per finalized image
• Paid per project
• Work offered on an as-needed basis
• Priority given to designers who respond quickly and deliver consistently
• Opportunity for higher volume and rate increases over time
