Amazon Flat File & Bulk Listing Specialist

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Long-Term Position

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Amazon listings specialist with strong flat file and bulk upload experience.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We manage 12,000+ Amazon listings with hundreds of variations. We need someone who understands catalog structure, parent/child relationships, and bulk listing management at scale.

You must be comfortable working inside Seller Central daily and solving complex listing issues independently.

Core Responsibilities
1. Flat File & Bulk Listing Management

Create and update listings using Amazon flat files

Build and manage parent/child variation families

Perform safe bulk edits without damaging live listings

Diagnose and fix upload errors, suppression issues, and attribute conflicts

2. Large-Scale Product Expansion

We currently have:

150+ core products

150+ fabrics

Thousands of possible variation combinations

Your role will be to:

Systematically expand product variations

Build efficient bulk workflows

Eliminate manual copy-paste processes

Maintain clean and scalable catalog structure

3. Image & A+ Content Updates (12,000+ Listings)

Improve main and gallery images in bulk

Update A+ content efficiently

Maintain brand consistency across variations

Reduce manual labor through structured processes

4. Catalog Health & Accuracy

Audit listings regularly

Monitor compliance warnings and suppressed listings

Maintain accurate attributes, pricing, and variation integrity

Prevent mismatched SKUs and broken parent-child structures

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

Strong experience using Amazon flat files

Experience managing large catalogs (1,000+ SKUs minimum)

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, filters, validation checks)

Deep understanding of variation relationships

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve listing errors independently

Preferred Experience

Walmart Seller Center

A+ Content management

Workflow automation experience

Using AI tools (ChatGPT) to assist with listing improvements

40 hours per week

Long-term, stable role

Key Performance Indicators

Listing accuracy across the catalog

Speed and efficiency of bulk updates

Minimal upload errors or suppression issues

Successful expansion of product variations

Improved listing consistency and quality
