# Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying profitable products, sourcing inventory, managing listings, monitoring account health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering quality work and helping scale an e-commerce business.

## Expected Outcomes

Your primary goal is to help grow our Amazon FBA business while maintaining a healthy seller account. You will be responsible for:

* Conducting profitable product research using approved sourcing methods.
* Identifying products with strong ROI, low competition, and consistent sales.
* Finding products that are eligible for sale (ungated) or providing documentation for ungating opportunities.
* Creating and optimizing Amazon product listings when required.
* Managing inventory levels and restock recommendations.
* Processing purchases from suppliers and preparing inventory for Amazon FBA shipments.
* Monitoring listing performance, Buy Box status, pricing, and competitors.
* Tracking orders, shipments, reimbursements, and customer issues.
* Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and daily/weekly reports.
* Monitoring Amazon Account Health and ensuring compliance with all Amazon policies.
* Reporting opportunities, risks, and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.

## Skills & Knowledge Required

* Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
* Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and Online Arbitrage (OA).
* Product sourcing experience using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, RevSeller, BuyBotPro, Tactical Arbitrage, or similar.
* Ability to analyze profitability, ROI, sales rank, fees, and competition.
* Familiarity with Amazon policies and best practices.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
