JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Product Sourcer to help us find profitable products and legitimate U.S.-based wholesale suppliers.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying profitable, replenishable Amazon ASINs and finding real distributors, wholesalers, and authorized suppliers where we can purchase those products.
This is not a basic lead-generation position. We are looking for someone who understands Amazon wholesale and can research opportunities from supplier discovery through profitability analysis.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
    •    Finding legitimate U.S. wholesalers, distributors, and authorized suppliers
    •    Identifying profitable products and ASINs for Amazon FBA
    •    Reviewing distributor catalogs and price lists for profitable opportunities
    •    Using Keepa, SellerAmp, SmartScout, Tactical Arbitrage, Helium 10, or similar tools to analyze products
    •    Calculating Amazon fees, ROI, profit per unit, margins, and estimated monthly sales
    •    Checking Keepa history for stable pricing and consistent demand
    •    Identifying products that can be reordered and scaled monthly
    •    Verifying that suppliers can provide legitimate commercial invoices
    •    Researching brands and identifying potential authorized distributors
    •    Contacting distributors and supplier representatives when necessary
    •    Collecting supplier pricing, MOQs, account requirements, shipping terms, and contact information
    •    Checking products for Amazon restrictions, IP complaints, hazmat issues, and other potential risks
    •    Maintaining organized spreadsheets of suppliers and product opportunities
What We Are Looking For
You should have previous experience with Amazon FBA wholesale sourcing.
You should understand:
    •    Amazon wholesale
    •    Keepa charts and sales history
    •    Buy Box behavior
    •    Amazon FBA fees
    •    ROI and profit calculations
    •    Sales rank / estimated monthly sales
    •    Brand and category restrictions
    •    Ungating requirements
    •    Commercial invoices
    •    Letters of Authorization (LOAs)
    •    Distributor and wholesale account applications
    •    Amazon compliance requirements
Experience sourcing grocery, snacks, health & wellness, household, beauty, and other CPG products is a major plus.
Preferred Tools

    •    Amazon Seller Central
    •    Google Sheets / Excel
You do not need experience with every tool, but you should already understand how to research and evaluate Amazon wholesale opportunities.

    •    Has previously worked with Amazon wholesale sellers
    •    Knows how to find real distributors instead of recycled supplier lists
    •    Can independently research brands and suppliers
    •    Can analyze thousands of products or supplier catalogs to find profitable opportunities
    •    Understands prep centers and supplier-to-prep-center shipping
    •    Focuses on products with consistent replenishment potential
    •    Is organized and tracks sourcing results carefully
    •    Communicates clearly and provides regular updates
    •    Wants a long-term position and can grow with our Amazon business
