JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-registered Amazon FBA Wholesale business looking for a highly detail-oriented Amazon Wholesale Manager to handle end-to-end wholesale operations. This is NOT dropshipping and NOT private label. We operate a strictly white-hat, policy-compliant wholesale model.

Responsibilities:
- Supplier & Brand Research
- Find authorized suppliers, distributors, and brands
- Verify legitimacy (invoices, MOQ, MAP, restrictions)
- Maintain accurate supplier and brand records

Wholesale Account Applications
- Apply for wholesale accounts and brand authorizations
- Follow up until approval, rejection, or final status
- Track applications and next actions clearly

Product & SKU Research
- Analyze wholesale price lists for profitable SKUs
- Reverse-source Amazon ASINs to authorized suppliers
- Check restrictions, risks, and invoice requirements

Purchasing & Logistics
- Prepare purchase recommendations for approval
- Coordinate shipments to prep centers / Amazon FBA
- Create inbound shipments and track receiving

Inventory & Amazon Account Operations
- Track inventory levels and restock timing
- Prevent stockouts and monitor aged inventory
- Open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases
- Monitor account health and escalate issues immediately

Reporting
- Daily progress updates
- Weekly summary reports
- Monthly performance review

Requirements
- Very high attention to detail
- MUST have Experience with Amazon FBA Wholesale
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Reliable internet and stable work schedule
