About the Company:
We are a fast-growing Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS brand in the food and spice category. We sell across multiple platforms and are aggressively expanding our catalog and optimizing our listings to outperform the competition. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Listing Specialist to join our team long-term.
About the Role:
This starts as a part-time position (25 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time based on performance after 30 days. You will own listing quality and competitive optimization across both Amazon and Walmart, with room to grow your responsibilities as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listings & Optimization:
- Maintain and update existing Amazon listings — titles, bullets, images, and attributes
- Upload and manage product images including AI-generated and Canva-edited assets
- Monitor listing health — suppressed listings, content issues, buy box alerts
- Run competitive keyword analysis using Helium 10 Cerebro to identify ranking gaps
- Track keyword rankings and deliver weekly performance reports
- Monitor competitor listings and pricing on priority ASINs
- Assist with title A/B testing via Amazon Manage Your Experiments
Walmart Listings & Optimization:
- Maintain and optimize existing Walmart WFS listings
- Create net-new Walmart listings from scratch — expanding our catalog from a subset to full product range (approx. 20 KUs to start)
- Ensure listing parity and consistency between Amazon and Walmart where appropriate
- Monitor for suppressed or system-altered Walmart listings
- Manage product variations (size/weight) within Walmart Seller Center
General Amazon Admin:
- Respond to buyer messages using approved templates
- Monitor and flag negative reviews
- File and follow up on FBA reimbursement claims (lost/damaged inventory)
- Monitor account health dashboard and flag any issues immediately
- Track and report low inventory levels against reorder thresholds
- Assist with A-to-Z claim responses
Reporting & Communication:
- Deliver a daily end-of-shift update summarizing completed tasks and any issues flagged
- Participate in 2-3 scheduled video check-in calls per week (flexible timing to accommodate Pacific Time mornings)
- Organize findings and reports in Google Sheets and Asana
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Amazon FBA listing experience — titles, bullets, images, SEO optimization
- Walmart listing creation experience — required
- Helium 10 proficiency — specifically Cerebro and Listing Analyzer
- DataDive — experience strongly preferred; candidates with share of voice and competitive analysis experience will be prioritized. Willingness to train the right candidate
- Canva — ability to make minor image edits and tweaks
- Asana — task and project management
- Google Sheets — reporting and data organization
- Strong written English — you will be drafting and editing listing copy
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience in food, grocery, or spice categories on Amazon or Walmart
- Familiarity with Amazon Manage Your Experiments
Schedule & Hours:
- 25 hours per week to start
- you manage your own schedule and deliver results daily
- 2-3 short video check-ins per week, timing flexible around Pacific Standard Time mornings (9:00-9:30 AM PST / 1:00-1:30 AM PHT)
- Strong preference for candidates comfortable working with US-based clients
