JOB OVERVIEW

ONLINE ARBITRAGE — VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / PRODUCT RESEARCHER
Seeking one full-time position that will undergo a trial period of one week paid before being brought on full-time.
We are more than an Amazon arbitrage (OA) business. If you seek a long-term, advancing position, this is for you.
PSA
We have systems in place to ensure we don't bring on any bad actors. If you plan on sending us leads that are being shared across other businesses or you are pulling items off of a leads list, you will be let go immediately — no questions asked.
We are seeking a full-time product sourcer who can grow in our company and later be promoted to a higher-paid managerial role. If you are not a hard worker and can't prove it to us over our process, don't even bother completing this application.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant / Product Researcher to join our team full-time. This is a performance-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings. We're not looking for a quick service — we're looking to build a real relationship and trust with the right person long-term.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Research & Sourcing — Your primary focus will be finding profitable, winning products using Keepa and SellerAmp SAS. You must be able to source products, analyze data, and send high-quality leads consistently.
Minimum sourcing target: 750 ASINs sourced per week. (not leads sent to the sheet but sourced while working)
Daily End-of-Day Update (last ~15 minutes of your shift) — Send a brief written update covering: what went well, what didn't go as planned, and one thing we can improve on. This keeps us aligned and helps us grow together as a team.
Admin Work — On the last working day of each week, dedicate time to organizing your files, notes, and research — keeping everything clean and easy to reference for the following week.

SCHEDULE
Flexible — you can choose your preferred schedule:

10 hours/day, 4 days a week, OR
8 hours/day, 5 days a week

Total: 40 hours per week
You must submit your work schedule upfront — what time you will start, what time your break will be, and what time you end. We expect you to stick to it. Consistency matters here.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be handled through ---------- . You must have it and be active on it during work hours.
Communication is required. During your working hours, you are expected to reply promptly. Slow responses during your shift are not acceptable.
No formal interview. Instead, you'll be asked a few quick questions over ---------- . If it's a good fit, you'll be added to the team and given access to our sourcing sheet.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base pay: $300–$500/month depending on quality and volume of leads submitted
Performance bonuses once a spending threshold is hit (details discussed at offer stage)

Proficient with Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
Experience with Amazon FBA product research and online arbitrage sourcing
Familiar with manual sourcing, reverse/storefront stalking, and Keepa Product Finder
Strong understanding of ROI, margin, and sales rank
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Strong written English communication
Organized, self-managed, consistent, and coachable
MUST NOT work for other sellers or source leads from a leads list or group — violation means immediate termination, no questions asked
