We're not looking for a VA who follows checklists. We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will own our inventory operations and help us scale from $2.5M to $10M in annual revenue.
We're a US-based e-commerce company selling 60-70 SKUs across Amazon (2 seller accounts). Our product lines span US-manufactured furniture and China-sourced fitness equipment — so you'll manage both domestic and international supply chains.
You'll work directly with the owner and a small, tight-knit team of 3 (all Philippines-based). We move fast, use AI tools daily, and give ownership to people who earn it. If you're the kind of person who gets frustrated when inventory problems happen because someone else dropped the ball, this role puts you in charge of making sure that doesn't happen.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Compensation:
-$8–$11/hr based on experience (paid bi-weekly)
-Profit-sharing — when the company grows, you directly benefit
-We cover all payment transfer fees
Tools & growth:
-Paid AI subscriptions: ChatGPT, Gemini, and n8n AI automation platform
-Full access to Seller Central and internal forecasting systems
Time off & work-life balance:
-1 week paid vacation + up to 2 weeks additional leave (sick/personal)
-No weekend work - no surprise tasks outside your shift
-Long-term role with growing scope and compensation as we scale
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
-Replenishment planning and inventory management across 2 Amazon seller accounts (60-70 SKUs)
-Placing and tracking POs with US manufacturers and China suppliers
-Coordinating LTL shipments (domestic) and ocean freight containers (international) to Amazon FBA
-Creating and resolving Seller Central cases for inbound discrepancies, stranded inventory, and receiving issues
-Tracking key metrics: lead times, landed costs, stock turnover, days of supply
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
-2+ years managing Amazon FBA supply chain (not just listings — actual inventory management, PO placement, inbound coordination)
-Experience with both domestic LTL and international ocean freight to FBA
-Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, not just data entry)
-Strong written English for daily communication with US suppliers and carriers
What separates good from great:
-You take notes during calls without being asked
-You double-check your work because mistakes bother you personally
-You research solutions before asking for help
-You flag problems proactively, even when it's "not your job"
Don't apply if:
-You need repeated reminders about tasks or deadlines
-You wait to be told what to do rather than identifying what needs to happen
-You're juggling multiple part-time clients — we need full-time focus
-You're not comfortable working 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM Manila time consistently
