JOB OVERVIEW

Glittery Garden is seeking an experienced Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory planning, supplier orders, international shipping, and Amazon FBA replenishment. This position requires hands-on experience using SoStocked and Amazon Seller Central.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and Amazon fulfillment centers. We need someone who can anticipate inventory problems, maintain accurate records, and keep shipments moving without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

* Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment using SoStocked
* Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, lead times, and reorder dates
* Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, and shipment delays
* Create and maintain purchase orders with overseas suppliers
* Coordinate production schedules and follow up with Chinese suppliers using WeChat
* Obtain and compare shipping quotes from freight forwarders
* Coordinate international ocean and air shipments
* Create and monitor Amazon FBA shipment plans
* Track shipments from the supplier through delivery to Amazon
* Confirm that Amazon receives the correct quantities and investigate discrepancies
* Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and purchase-order records
* Update management regularly regarding inventory risks, delays, and required decisions
* Work with suppliers and freight partners to resolve damaged, missing, or delayed shipments
* Help improve and simplify the company’s inventory and logistics processes

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated hands-on experience using **SoStocked**
* Experience managing inventory for an Amazon FBA business
* Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA shipments
* Experience coordinating international shipping and working with freight forwarders
* Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
* Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Ability to work independently and raise potential problems before they become urgent
* Experience importing products from China or other Asian countries
* Familiarity with purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping terms
* Experience managing inventory across multiple Amazon marketplaces
* Experience with Amazon inventory reconciliation and shipment discrepancies
* Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon tools
