I am an active Amazon seller currently moving between 800–1,200 units per month through Online Arbitrage and Wholesale. As the business scales, the logistics, sourcing coordination, and "profit leaks" are becoming too much to handle alone.
I am looking for a Right-Hand Operations Manager who actually understands the FBA ecosystem. I don't need a data entry clerk; I need someone who can look at my spreadsheets, identify where I'm losing money (tax, shipping, prep fees), and help me optimize the entire supply chain.
Your Role:
Cost Optimization: Identifying "Profit Leaks" in the sourcing process and finding ways to recover margin.
Sourcing Research: Finding high-volume, high-margin leads that fit our current model.
Growth Support: Assisting with high-level outreach to distributors and brands.
Skill Requirements
Amazon Expert: Must be proficient in Seller Central and FBA workflows.
Spreadsheet Ninja: Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills for tracking unit costs and margins especially with SALES TAX states
Problem Solver: You must be able to explain one way you’ve saved a previous Amazon client money on their operations.
English Fluency: Professional written communication for US-based vendor outreach.
Tools: Experience with SellerAMP, Keepa, or Helium10 is a plus.
