Remote Amazon Sourcing & Operations Assistant
Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Some UK Hours Required

Who We Are
We run a growing UK Amazon seller business with a strong track record and an expanding product range, spanning Online Arbitrage (OA) and wholesale. Our sourcing is methodical and driven by data, and we're building a skilled, dependable remote team. About the Role
You'll find profitable products to resell on Amazon, working to clear, firm sourcing criteria, and support the daily running of the business, from inventory and shipments to supplier follow-ups and customer queries. It's a role with real responsibility, suited to someone who takes ownership of their work and keeps their standards high.

What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and Listings
- Finding profitable OA and wholesale opportunities using Keepa, SellerAMP and other approved tools
- Reviewing sales rank history, pricing trends, Buy Box activity and competitor levels
- Checking ROI, estimated monthly sales and competition against our criteria
- Logging each lead in our internal tracker with full supporting data
- Reaching the daily lead target agreed with the team
- Adjusting prices on live products as needed
Customer and Account Support
- Responding to customer emails
- Reviewing and claiming reimbursements
- Maintaining prep sheets
- Following up with suppliers on outstanding invoices
Inventory and Shipments
- Keeping track of stock levels
- Setting up and creating shipments
Team Communication
- Giving team leads clear, timely updates on findings and any issues
- Keeping on top of Amazon policy changes that affect sourcing

What You'll Need
- Proven hands-on experience with SellerAMP and Keepa
- Previous experience working with Amazon FBA and Seller Central
- A demonstrable record of sourcing profitable OA and/or wholesale products
- Solid understanding of Buy Box mechanics, and of how IP complaints and hazmat flags can rule out a lead
- Excellent written English for customer correspondence
- Strong organisational skills and confidence with Google Sheets or Excel
- Dependable internet and your own laptop or PC that runs browser extensions smoothly
- Ability to cover some UK working hours
Bonus skills: Tactical Arbitrage, BrickSeek or similar tools; knowledge of ungating and restricted categories; experience following SOPs within a VA team.

*Two-Week Probation*
Every new team member starts with a two-week probation period, during which we'll look at:
- How accurate and well-documented your leads are against our criteria
- Whether you consistently hit your daily output
- How clearly and promptly you communicate
- Your reliability and attention to detail
- Team leads will give you feedback along the way, and your place in the role is confirmed once you complete the probation successfully.

** Zero Tolerance Lead Policy! **
We operate a strict zero tolerance policy on lead integrity. Every lead you submit must be one you found yourself using approved methods. Using leads from shared lists, paid lead groups, Facebook groups or any third-party lead service is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination. We carry out verification checks, and any lead found on a publicly shared list will be flagged.

- Aren't willing to complete the two-week probation
- Can't commit to consistent daily output
- Aren't comfortable following strict sourcing criteria and SOPs
- Lack hands-on experience with Keepa and SellerAMP
