JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Sourcing VA to join our team full-time.

Your main responsibility will be to find profitable Amazon FBA products that meet our sourcing criteria. You should be comfortable using Keepa and SellerAmp to analyze products and determine whether they are worth purchasing.

Responsibilities
Find profitable Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage products
Research products from different online retailers
Use Keepa and SellerAmp to analyze potential products
Check sales rank, Buy Box, competition, price history, and sales history
Calculate Amazon fees, profit, and ROI
Identify products with consistent sales potential
Avoid products with unstable pricing or excessive competition
Submit complete and accurate product leads
Double-check all information before submitting a lead
Daily Requirement

You are required to provide a minimum of 3 quality, profitable leads per day.

Each lead must meet the following minimum criteria:

Minimum 30% ROI
Profitable after Amazon fees and sourcing costs
Good sales potential
Healthy Keepa history
Reasonable competition
Product information must be verified before submission
Product must have a realistic opportunity to sell

Quality is more important than quantity. Submitting random products just to reach the 3-lead requirement will not be acceptable. Only qualified leads that meet our criteria will count toward the daily requirement.

Requirements
Previous Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage experience preferred
Must have your own Keepa account
Must have your own SellerAmp account
Keepa and SellerAmp are required and will NOT be provided
Understanding of Amazon FBA fees, ROI, profit, Buy Box, and sales rank
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Able to work independently
Able to consistently meet the 3 quality leads per day requirement
Willing to learn and improve
Good communication skills
Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
1-Week Paid Trial Phase

Before being hired for the full-time position, there will be a 1-week paid trial phase.

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate your:

Product sourcing skills
Ability to use Keepa and SellerAmp
Attention to detail
Ability to find quality, profitable leads
Reliability and consistency
Ability to meet our daily sourcing requirements
Trial Pay: $1.50/hour

The entire 1-week trial period will be paid at $1.50/hour.

After the trial week, your performance will be reviewed. If you successfully meet our expectations and pass the trial, you will be offered the full-time position at:

Full-Time Pay: $2.00/hour
Compensation

Trial: $1.50/hour for 1 week
After Successfully Passing Trial: $2.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
