JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant – Sourcing, Account Management & Customer Support

We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA online arbitrage business.

This is a varied role focusing on mainly product sourcing but also will include Amazon account management, inventory, shipments, and small day-to-day operational tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently. Reliability and someone who is able to follow instructions is what we are looking for in addition to the above.

Training will be provided for our processes and systems however experience using Keepa is a must.

Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing & Listings:
Source profitable products for Online Arbitrage (OA)
Use Keepa and SellerAmp to analyse which products are profitable
Following our KPI's to ensure the product sourced meet our criteria
Reprice products when required
Confirm that all suppliers will be able to issue VAT invoices for products purchased through them

Customer & Account Management:
Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly
Review and process reimbursements
Manage and update prep sheets
Follow up with suppliers for invoices
Assist with general Amazon Seller Central account tasks

Inventory & Shipments:
Monitor stock levels and identify products that need attention
Keep inventory and shipment records organized and up to date

Requirements:

Reliable WiFi
Previous experience with Amazon FBA or Amazon Seller Central is required
Hands on experience using Keepa (MUST)
Experience with Online Arbitrage/product sourcing is highly desirable
Strong written/spoken English
Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Own laptop or PC
Able to work independently and follow established processes
Reliable, responsive, and willing to learn
