Experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant Needed (Book Flipping / Product Sourcing / Store Management)
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with prior Amazon-related experience to join our growing e-commerce business.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, trustworthy, and willing to grow with the company.
A major part of this role involves sourcing and buying used books and DVDs from Amazon and eBay for resale on Amazon using both FBA and MF methods. This includes Amazon-to-Amazon (A2A) flips and eventually eBay-to-Amazon (E2A) sourcing opportunities.
Responsibilities
Your tasks may include:
Amazon store management
Product listing creation and optimization
Updating inventory levels and monitoring stock
Repricing products using Amazon repricing tools
Product and inventory sourcing
Book sourcing and book flipping research
Used book and DVD sourcing from Amazon and eBay
Identifying profitable A2A and E2A opportunities
Managing spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets
Monitoring product profitability and ROI
Tracking shipments and inventory status
Researching profitable products and suppliers
General administrative and VA tasks related to e-commerce operations
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience with some of the following:
Amazon Seller Central
InventoryLab, Keepa, SellerAmp, ScoutIQ, or similar tools
Repricing software
Excel or Google Sheets
Product sourcing and online arbitrage
Book flipping / media sourcing
Inventory management
Basic data analysis and reporting
Amazon FBA and MF workflows
Bonus / Plus Skills (Not Required)
The following skills are a strong plus and may lead to additional responsibilities and higher pay opportunities:
Amazon KDP experience
Social media management
Short-form video editing (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software
Content posting and scheduling
Basic graphic design
AI tools experience
Experience with used books/media sourcing is especially valuable.
Requirements
Previous VA or Amazon-related experience
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Honest and dependable
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Fast learner with problem-solving mindset
Work Schedule & Compensation
Part-time position
Approximately 20 hours per week
Additional overtime hours may become available depending on workload and performance
Pay rate: $2–$5/hour depending on experience, skill level, and background
Performance bonuses may be provided for strong work quality, productivity, reliability, and successful results
