JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a detail-oriented Amazon FBA expert who loves solving puzzles and finding profitable opportunities? We are a growing Amazon business looking for a dedicated Operations & Lead Analysis VA to become the backbone of our daily workflow.

This is not a "simple" data entry role. We need someone who understands the nuances of Account Health, knows how to fight for reimbursements, and can analyze Keepa charts like a pro.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Health & Operations

Case Management: Open and relentlessly follow up on cases with Seller Support regarding listing errors, Brand Registry, and shipping discrepancies.

Account Health Monitoring: Daily checks of the dashboard to catch policy violations or IP complaints before they become problems.

Reimbursements: Audit lost/damaged inventory and file claims to recover funds.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain

Stock Tracking: Monitor levels to prevent OOS (Out of Stock) scenarios or excessive long-term storage fees.

Supplier Relations: Coordinate with retailers and prep centers regarding missing shipments or damaged goods.

3. Lead Approval & Analysis (Critical)
You will act as the "Gatekeeper" for our sourcing team. You will review leads from our Sourcing VA and approve them based on our strict Buy Filters

Candidate Requirements
English Fluency: C1 or C2 level (Written and Verbal). You must be able to communicate clearly with Amazon Support and US-based retailers.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Amazon OA (Online Arbitrage) or Wholesale.

Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Keepa, Seller Central, and Google Sheets.

Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.

We value attention to detail above all else. To demonstrate that you have read this entire listing and can follow instructions perfectly:

Subject Line: Your application must start with the word cheesecake followed by your full name.

Introduction: Tell us about a difficult time in your role as an Amazon VA and how you overcame it.

Analysis Test: Briefly explain why we avoid listings where Amazon is a constant seller, even if the ROI looks good. Are there any exceptions where you would still recommend the buy?

Proof: Attach or link your English proficiency results and provide a brief video introduction of yourself.

Applications that do not follow the previous instructions will be automatically disqualified.

Performance-Based Scalability: We are a fast-growing company. As you hit your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and help the business scale, your compensation will be reviewed to reflect your impact.

We look forward to meeting our next tea ---------- mber!
