JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a detail-oriented ecommerce expert who loves solving puzzles and finding profitable opportunities? We are a growing ecom team looking for a dedicated VA to become the backbone of our daily workflow.

This is not a "simple" data entry role. We need someone who understands the nuances of software, Google sheets and understanding data.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations

Case Management: Open and relentlessly follow up on cases to provide Support regarding listing errors, Brand Registry, and shipping discrepancies.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain

Stock Tracking: Monitor levels to prevent OOS (Out of Stock) scenarios or excessive long-term storage fees.

Understanding COGs(Cost of goods sold) and how it affects profit calculations.

3. Lead Approval & Analysis (Critical)
You will review products from our systems and approve them based on our strict Buy Filters

Candidate Requirements
English Fluency: C1 or C2 level (Written and Verbal). You must be able to communicate clearly with Amazon Support and US-based retailers.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an ecommerce business. Or no experience with evidence of excellence in using Google sheets / Excel and other ecommerce websites /software.

Entry level with minimal experience is still possible, but you must show proof of skills/ability to perform in this role.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding and ability with computer software: Excel/Google Sheets, ecommerce websites, etc.

Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
