JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based (Florida) fertilizer and soil mix company selling on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. We're hiring a full-time, long-term Listing Designer to own the visual side of our product listings.

THE ROLE
You will design complete, sales-ready product listings, primarily for Amazon (gallery images + A+ Content / EBC), plus adapted versions for eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other platforms.

For each product you will create:
- Main images
- Gallery images: lifestyle scenes and infographics (NPK, coverage, application, benefits)
- A+ Content
- Resized/adapted versions for eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces

Canva is our primary tool. All listings are assembled and finalized in Canva. AI image generation is welcome and encouraged for base assets, but AI is a helper, not a replacement for real listing design experience.

All listings are in English. You must be able to catch and fix typos, grammar mistakes, and awkward phrasing in any text that goes on your designs, and you must communicate with us clearly in English.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience designing Amazon listings and A+ Content (portfolio required)
- Strong Canva skills. This is your daily tool. Photoshop is a plus.
- Comfortable with AI image tools and able to refine AI output to a professional, sales-ready standard
- Strong written English: you catch copy errors, not just design
- Detail-oriented, reliable, follows instructions precisely
- Lawn/garden/fertilizer niche experience is a plus, not required

PAY: PER LISTING, NOT PER HOUR
We pay per completed listing. Our company policy is simple: we reward efficiency and quality. The faster you deliver work that meets our standard, the more you earn. Full-time workload (40 hrs/week). At a full-time pace, realistic earnings are $700 to $1,000+ per month.

HIRING PROCESS
1. Interview for shortlisted applicants.
2. If selected: a PAID test task (one full listing set).
3. When finishing the paid test task, you sign our standard independent contractor agreement. This is company policy and standard procedure for everyone who works with us.
