JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-scaling Amazon dropshipping business operating across multiple categories in the USA marketplace. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products, fast fulfillment, and top-tier customer service — all while maintaining compliance with Amazon’s performance standards. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Amazon Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can think strategically, and knows how to manage systems and people efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
? Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon store, including order processing, customer service, and performance metrics
? Monitor account health, returns, and Amazon policy compliance
? Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across platforms
? Oversee listing management (accuracy, optimization, pricing, availability) Team Oversight
? Supervise and delegate tasks to VAs (product researchers, order fulfillers, customer support reps)
? Review and approve product research results before listings go live ? Ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction ratings
? Create and update SOPs to improve operational efficiency

Performance & Metrics
? Monitor and report on key KPIs: order defect rate, late shipment rate, account health, A-to-Z claims
? Identify trends or issues before they escalate and propose solutions
? Set weekly goals for the team and hold tea ---------- mbers accountable

Tools & Platforms You’ll Use:
? Amazon Seller Central
? Google Sheets / Excel
? Slack / WhatsApp (team communication)
? Task management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
? Order automation tools (e.g., DSM Tool, AutoDS)
? Product research tools (e.g., SellerAmp, Keepa)

Required Qualifications:
? At least 1 year of experience managing an Amazon store (dropshipping, wholesale, or private label)
? Strong understanding of Amazon’s metrics, policies, and seller performance standards
? Experience managing and training remote tea ---------- mbers
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
? Tech-savvy and highly organized
? Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues independently Preferred:
? Experience using order automation and product tracking tools
? Familiarity with US-based suppliers like Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc.
? Availability to work some hours aligned with PST time zone Compensation & Benefits:
? Monthly salary: $400–$500/month (based on experience and results) for up to 25 hours of work per week to start
? 13th-month bonus (for Filipino applicants) ? Long-term growth opportunity into Operations Lead or Director role
? Paid time off after 6 months of successful performance
