About the Company
Amazon Growth Lab (AGL) is a full-service Amazon marketing agency dedicated to helping eCommerce brands grow and scale on the world's largest online marketplace. We specialize in improving visibility, increasing sales, and optimizing advertising through data-driven strategies and creative execution. Our mission is to move brands from a basic presence to true category leadership — and we take that seriously. If you're looking for a place where your expertise shapes real outcomes, AGL is it.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Specialist to manage and scale programmatic advertising campaigns for our portfolio of brand clients. You'll own the full DSP lifecycle — from audience strategy and campaign build-out to optimization and reporting — while working closely with our internal team to align paid media with overall brand growth objectives. This is a high-impact, fully remote role for someone who knows DSP deeply and can operate independently without hand-holding. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into decisions, you'll fit right in.
Why Work With Us
At AGL, we've built a team culture on four things: honesty, respect, open-mindedness, and growth. We don't do micromanagement or politics — we do transparency, direct feedback, and genuine investment in our people. You'll work alongside specialists who care about doing great work, and leadership that listens. We're growing fast, and we want people who grow with us.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience, managing campaigns across multiple clients or brands
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising principles — audiences, retargeting, funnel strategy, and bid management
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with the broader Amazon advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, AMC, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills — you can read a dashboard, spot what's wrong, and know what to do next
- Clear, professional communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts
- Ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and stay accountable without being chased
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment where things move quickly and evolve often
- Experience managing large-scale budgets
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple brand clients, from strategy through execution
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party, Amazon, and third-party data
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making proactive optimizations to improve ROAS, reach, and efficiency
- Generate clear, insight-driven performance reports for internal teams and clients on a regular cadence
- Collaborate with the PPC and account management teams to align DSP activity with full-funnel brand goals
- Identify new DSP opportunities — new formats, audiences, seasonal strategies — and bring them to the table
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, budgets, and pacing trackers across all active accounts
- Participate in client calls when needed to walk through DSP strategy and performance updates
What Success Looks Like
- Your DSP campaigns consistently hit or exceed ROAS and spend efficiency benchmarks for your assigned accounts
- Clients and internal stakeholders receive timely, clear reporting they can act on
- You identify and escalate opportunities or issues before they become problems
- You operate with full autonomy — tasks are completed on time, communication is proactive, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Your campaigns reflect a clear strategic approach, not just execution — you're thinking about the funnel, not just the bid
- You're a trusted contributor to the team — sharing knowledge, asking smart questions, and growing with the role
