ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SWOOC Games Team, your mission is to strategically manage and scale Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) campaigns and AMS Audiences that drive measurable growth and brand visibility for SWOOC Games.
• Lead, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns (Streaming TV, Prime Video, Twitch, Amazon Onsite Display, guaranteed buys).
• Create, manage, and scale Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize creatives for best results.
• Report weekly and monthly on ad performance, spend, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Stay informed about Amazon DSP innovations, audience tools, and targeting updates.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for campaign setup, reporting, and optimization processes.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Amazon Advertising or DSP platform preferred
• 2+ years of experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns (display/video/programmatic).
• Hands-on experience with AMC audience creation and data analysis.
• Proven track record in achieving low ACoS and high ROAS.
• Proven experience in Amazon DSP
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s ad products and services.
• Strong proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, DSP interface, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Hector AI)
• Proficient in Amazon DSP, AMC, and advertising analytics tools.
• Advanced Google Sheet & MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP, PVOT, SUMIFS, and more)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to drive sales, product ranking, impressions, and conversions.
HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK
• 10-20 hours per week Monday - Friday, 08:00am to 01:00pm EST.
