JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Customer Service Specialist to help manage buyer communications and maintain account health for our Amazon store.

?? This role is strictly for AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL customer service
If your background is primarily general call-center support or non-Amazon retail customer service, this role will not be a good fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to buyer messages within Amazon's required response window
Handling:
Order inquiries, Returns & refunds, A-to-Z Guarantee claims, Negative feedback removal requests, Product questions
Monitoring and maintaining:
Account health metrics, Order defect rate, Customer response time, Feedback/review management
Resolving:
Shipping issues, Damaged/missing items, Chargebacks & disputes
Providing clean, organized reporting (ticket logs, resolution notes, escalation summaries)
Potentially handling customer service for Walmart Marketplace as well

Required Experience:

Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central customer service
Strong understanding of:
Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee policy & buyer-seller messaging rules
Comfortable working with high message volumes
Able to explain how a resolution protects account health
Experience with Excel/spreadsheets for tracking tickets
