JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in supplement product design and Amazon visual design. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for accuracy and can produce high-quality designs that are both visually engaging and compliant with product labelling standards. This role focuses on creating conversion-driven visuals that enhance product listings and overall performance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design supplement bottle labels with precise layouts, ensuring accurate ingredient lists, dosage details, and compliant product information
- Create pouch and packaging designs for a range of supplement and wellness products
- Develop engaging Amazon listing images, including infographics and lifestyle visuals that clearly communicate product benefits
- Design A+ Premium Content to enhance brand storytelling and improve conversion rates
- Produce realistic product mock-ups and carry out advanced photo manipulation to elevate listing quality
- Utilise AI design tools to improve workflow efficiency and expand creative possibilities
- Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines while remaining optimised for performance on Amazon
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to prevent errors in claims, ingredients, and regulatory information
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive and effective visual content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong experience in packaging design, particularly within supplements or health-related products
- Solid understanding of Amazon image requirements and A+ Content structure
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to create clean, professional layouts with clear visual hierarchy
- Experience in mock-ups, photo editing, and advanced image manipulation
- Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with supplement or wellness brands
- Understanding of labelling regulations, such as FDA guidelines or similar standards
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and conversion-focused design principles

Work Requirements & Setup:
- Must clock in using Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring
- Working hours: UK schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must have a high-performance computer capable of handling graphic design workloads, including:
- Multi-core processor (Intel Core i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen 7/9)
- 16GB–32GB RAM for smooth multitasking
- 512GB–1TB SSD for fast performance and file access
- Dedicated GPU (NVIDIA RTX 3060/4060 or higher) for advanced design
- Colour-accurate 4K monitor supporting 100% sRGB or Adobe RGB for precise design output
