We are a growing Amazon agency looking for a proactive and results-driven Amazon Client Acquisition Specialist from the Philippines to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify, contact, and secure new clients—specifically Amazon Private Label sellers and brands who need expert management for their Amazon PPC and overall account growth.
This is a unique role that blends lead generation, sales, and a strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us expand our portfolio and provide valuable services to sellers looking to scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients (Amazon Private Label sellers) through platforms like LinkedIn, online communities, Amazon seller forums, and by analyzing Amazon listings. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Outbound Sales & Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers via personalized
Client Communication & Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their current challenges, goals, and service needs. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our company as a trusted partner for their Amazon growth.
Market Research: Stay updated on Amazon selling trends, PPC strategies, and the competitive landscape to better understand client pain points and tailor outreach.
Collaboration: Work closely with our PPC and account management teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new clients and provide feedback from the market.
Reporting: Track outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics to provide regular updates on client acquisition progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, specifically for Amazon services (e.g., PPC management, account management, listing optimization).
Strong understanding of Amazon Private Label (PL) and FBA business models. You should know what a PL seller's world looks like and speak their language.
Familiarity with Amazon PPC (campaign types, key metrics like ACOS/ROAS) is a major advantage, as it will enable you to confidently discuss our services with potential clients.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Proficiency with sales and research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. You are comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Existing network or experience within Amazon seller communities.
