We are looking for an experienced Amazon Catalogue & Compliance Specialist to support multiple brands across Amazon marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Amazon catalogue issues, compliance documentation, and support cases directly impact availability and revenue — and who takes a proactive, structured approach to fixing them.
This is a long-term remote position working closely with our internal team and brand partners.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining catalogue health, resolving listing and compliance issues, and managing Amazon support cases across Vendor Central (key) and Seller Central. The focus is on keeping products live, compliant, and available — and resolving issues efficiently using clear, repeatable methods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot Amazon catalogue issues (suppressed ASINs, detail page problems, variations, merges, GTIN issues)
Handle Vendor Central listing, availability, and content-related issues
Manage compliance documentation (SDS, safety files, cosmetic documents, certifications, etc.)
Monitor and resolve general availability issues (out-of-stock flags, buyability, blocked ASINs)
Raise, manage, and follow through Amazon support cases with clear documentation and evidence
Liaise with internal teams and brand partners to gather required information quickly
Track issues and resolutions in a structured way to prevent repeat problems
Proactively identify risks before they impact sales or account health
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Amazon Vendor Central experience (essential)
Solid understanding of Amazon catalogue structure and policies
Experience handling compliance documentation and approvals
Confident managing Amazon support cases end-to-end
Highly proactive problem solver with a logical, methodical approach
Strong written English for clear case submissions and partner communication
Ability to manage multiple brands and ASINs simultaneously
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Seller Central experience alongside Vendor Central
Experience with regulated products (cosmetics, healthcare, PPE, supplements)
Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry processes
Familiarity with EU/UK compliance requirements
Working Hours & Pay
30+ hours per week
$500–$600 USD per month, depending on experience
Fully remote
Long-term role with consistent workload
Trial Period
We offer a paid 2–3 day trial to assess:
Amazon issue diagnosis
Case handling quality
Communication and documentation clarity
Successful candidates will move into a long-term contract (12 months+).
