The Role
The Amazon Catalog Manager owns the health, accuracy, and performance of our Amazon catalog in the US and Canada. You'll run the day-to-day of Seller Central and be the person who makes sure our listings are clean, our variations are built right, our pricing is correct, and our data is trustworthy.
This role is critical. You are the operator who keeps our largest channel running.

What You'll Own

Listing Management (All Aspects)
Launch new listings: images, copy, A+ content, keywords, backend fields, variation structure
Optimize existing listings: refresh content, copy, imagery, and backend as needed to keep every listing performing
Work alongside the Head of Marketing and our Amazon consultants on listing strategy and optimization priorities
Liaise with our PPC management agency as needed to align listing changes with ad performance

Catalog Operations
Build and manage variation families, including troubleshooting stuck variations and rebuilding parents when needed
Execute flat file uploads for listings, pricing, inventory, and variations
Assign and manage GS1 barcodes, SKUs, FNSKUs, and packaging references
Catalog reconciliation and backend cleanup

Performance & Data
Track keyword rank, category rank, and listing performance
Run daily and weekly listing health monitoring; flag and resolve price suppressions, missing content, and listing errors
Resolve stranded inventory and suppressed listings
Compile weekly Amazon metrics into the reporting sheet

Account Health & Compliance
Monitor Amazon account health end-to-end
Handle Seller Support cases through resolution
Keep the catalog compliant with Amazon's policies and Brand Registry requirements

Brand Referral Bonus
Manage and verify Brand Referral Bonus program participation and attribution

Team
Coordinate daily with the Head of Marketing on channel priorities
Complete daily tasks in ClickUp
Communicate via Slack per team standards
Participate in the Weekly L10 Team Meeting

Who You Are
3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience for a real brand (not just VA-level support)
Comfortable working in flat files at scale, regardless of the software wrapper
Sharp on catalog structure, variations, brand registry, and account health
You can look at a listing family and know within minutes whether it's built right
You take ownership of the channel and flag issues before we ask

Details
Compensation: up to $2,000 USD/month. Room to grow with performance.
Bonus: 5–15% of annual salary based on performance.
Type: Full-time independent contractor
Location: Remote
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Start date: ASAP — this role is time-critical
PTO: 10 working days of paid annual leave per year, accrued prorated in the first year
Long-term: We hire for the long haul. 2 weeks notice each way. Severance eligibility after 6 months.
