We are a growing U.S.-based premium brand seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon listings, catalog health, and optimization strategy.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands Amazon deeply — including catalog structure, indexing, variation strategy, flat files, and Seller Central troubleshooting.

## Your Role
You will be responsible for the overall health, optimization, and performance of our Amazon catalog. Your work will directly impact organic rankings, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

## Core Responsibilities
### Catalog Management
* Create and optimize listings (Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions, Backend Search Terms)
* Build and manage parent-child variations correctly
* Perform bulk updates using flat files (required skill)
* Fix suppressed listings and catalog errors
* Resolve stranded inventory issues
* Maintain listing compliance with Amazon policies
* Manage and update A+ Content

### Amazon SEO & Optimization
* Conduct advanced keyword research (Helium 10, DataDive, or similar)
* Improve indexing and organic rankings
* Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategy
* Increase conversion rates through listing improvements
* Analyze competitors and identify ranking opportunities

### Image Strategy & Coordination (No Design Required)
You will own the image optimization process, but you will not personally design graphics.
* Conduct image audits to improve click-through rate and conversion rate
* Analyze competitor images and identify improvement opportunities
* Create detailed image briefs for designers (infographics, lifestyle images, comparison charts, feature callouts)
* Coordinate with designers and photographers to ensure brand consistency
* Ensure all images comply with Amazon policies
* Upload and manage image order within listings
* Continuously improve images based on performance data

### Seller Central Management
* Open and manage Seller Support cases
* Handle Brand Registry-related issues
* Monitor listing health dashboards
* Ensure correct category placement and attributes

## Required Experience
* 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central
* Strong flat file experience (mandatory)
* Deep understanding of Amazon SEO and indexing
* Experience fixing suppressed listings
* Strong variation strategy experience
* Strong written English skills
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision

## Preferred (Bonus) Experience
* Experience working with branded or premium products
* Experience with Brand Registry
* Experience significantly improving conversion rates
* Strong data-driven mindset
