JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established e-commerce company with more than 10 years of experience and are building premium Amazon brands for the German market.

We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Brand & Packaging Designer to support us with packaging design, Amazon listing images, A+ content, brand visuals, and AI-based image creation.

This role is focused on conversion-driven design and brand building for Amazon. We are looking for a long-term partner, starting with a test project.

Scope of Work

Packaging & Brand Design:
- Design premium packaging for physical products (print-ready)
- Create consistent brand visuals across packaging and Amazon assets
- Ensure packaging is compliant with Amazon and EU requirements (visual side)

Amazon Listing Design:
- Main image optimization (CTR-focused)
- Infographics and lifestyle images
- Comparison charts and feature visuals
- Mobile-first design approach

Amazon A+ Content:
- Design A+ content (Standard & Premium)
- Visual storytelling aligned with brand positioning
- Clean, conversion-focused layouts

AI Image Creation & Enhancement:
- Create and enhance product & lifestyle images using AI tools
- Background creation, scene generation, and visual enhancement
- Combine AI-generated visuals with professional graphic design

Requirements:
- Proven experience designing for Amazon listings and packaging
- Strong understanding of Amazon conversion principles
- Experience with branding and visual identity systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (or equivalent)
- Experience with AI image tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Ability to translate product USPs into clear visual communication
- Fluent English communication
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
