We're a fast-growing 7-Figure Amazon FBA private label brand building high-quality products across European marketplaces - with US expansion on the horizon. Our team works remotely and collaborates with experts across PPC, design, and supply chain.
We're looking for a data-driven Amazon Brand Manager to own our product performance end to end. You'll run listing optimization, product launches, creative coordination, and PPC oversight - working directly with the founder. If you love digging into data, improving rankings, and building systems that scale - this is your role.
**What You'll Do**
**Listing Management & Optimization**
- Conduct keyword research and build optimized listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content)
- Monitor SEO performance, conversion rates, and sessions across SKUs
- Analyze review trends and refund rates to spot product issues early and act on them
**Product Launches & Research**
- Run competitor and keyword research for new product opportunities
- Prepare launch-ready listings with optimized copy and validated images (using tools like PickFu)
- Track ranking progress post-launch and adjust strategy based on performance data
**Creative Coordination**
- Create detailed photo and image briefs for designers and photographers
- Review and approve listing visuals to make sure they convert
- Work with the graphic designer to finalize listing designs
**PPC & Advertising**
- Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns, analyze search terms and ACOS
- Communicate strategy and adjustments with our PPC agency
**Amazon Operations**
- Manage listings in Seller Central across multiple EU marketplaces
- Handle Seller Support cases, listing issues, and suppression alerts
- Coordinate with the supply manager on stock levels and optimization strategy
- Identify reimbursement opportunities from refunds
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven listing optimization and keyword research skills
- Strong analytical thinking - you make decisions based on data, not guesses
- Experience working in European Amazon marketplaces
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Sellerboard, and Excel/Google Sheets
**Bonus if you:**
- Have launched Amazon products from scratch
- Have hands-on PPC campaign management experience
- Have worked with private label FBA brands
