Job Description:
As an Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon accounts to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. You will work closely with our PPC, design, and troubleshooting teams to create strategies, solve problems, and improve our product listings.

Your Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and comprehensive management of our clients' Amazon accounts, with a strong focus on the US
marketplace.
Optimization and management of Amazon product listings, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and content optimization.
Regular reporting and analysis of account performance, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, maintain close collaboration with clients to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the PPC team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.
Work with the design team to enhance product listings, including content optimization and image enhancements.
Coordinate with the troubleshooting team to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Amazon seller and vendor accounts, ideally with a focus on the US market.
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken — no German language skills required.
Independent, structured, and proactive work approach combined with strong teamwork
