Role Snapshot
Own end-to-end brand performance on Amazon (Seller or Vendor). You’ll manage catalog, content, merchandising, and advertising to hit growth and profitability targets. This is not a client-facing role.
Schedule: 10:00–18:00 PHT
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,400 per month (DOE) + performance bonuses
Start: ASAP (immediate hire)
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day Amazon operations for assigned brands (catalog, variations, listings, compliance).
• Drive growth: keyword strategy, SEO, listing optimization (A+ / Storefront), review generation, and launch playbooks.
• Coordinate promotions (Coupons, Deals, VPC, Brand Tailored Promotions) and pricing strategies to hit contribution margin goals.
• Own inventory signals with internal partners (FBA replenishment, IPI, restock limits, aged inventory, in-stock rate).
• Plan and execute paid media in partnership with our ads team (SP/SD/SB; basic DSP coordination).
• Monitor KPIs & create weekly performance reporting: sales, TACoS/ACOS, CVR, CTR, rank, share of voice, and profitability.
• Troubleshoot: listing suppressions, Buy Box issues, account health, policy appeals/cases with Amazon Support.
• Run structured experiments (titles/images/A+/pricing/promos) and document results into repeatable playbooks.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
• 3–5 years deep Amazon experience at an aggregator, agency, or internal brand.
• Track record growing omni-channel consumer brands (strong DTC + marketplace presence).
• Hands-on Seller Central/Vendor Central expertise across catalog, SEO, merchandising, and ads fundamentals.
• Comfortable with numbers: cohort views of TACoS vs. margin, contribution profit, and inventory math.
• Excellent written English; crisp documentation and SOP hygiene.
• Self-managing, organized, calm under pressure.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to DSP, retail media tools (Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai) and listing tools (Helium 10/Jungle Scout).
• Image/creative briefing, product launch frameworks, and international marketplace experience.
