JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Amazon Advertising Specialist who doesn't just manage campaigns — they own them. You'll be responsible for the full advertising lifecycle of our luxury Amazon brands, from strategy and execution to weekly reporting and hitting aggressive growth targets. If you understand how to market premium products without cheapening the brand, and you love turning ad spend into revenue, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take complete ownership of our Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This means building campaigns from scratch, optimizing existing ones, and making data-backed decisions daily. You'll manage campaigns inside Pacvue, leveraging its automation, rules, and reporting features to run efficient, scalable advertising. Every week, you'll deliver clear, actionable reports that show what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it. You'll own our brand presence on Amazon - including competitor research and monitoring, keyword strategy, and listing alignment - and you'll be directly accountable for hitting our ACOS, TACOS, and revenue targets. When targets are missed, we expect you to know why and have a plan.
You're a Great Fit If You
Have at least 2 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing real ad budgets, with specific experience in the luxury or premium goods space. You understand that luxury brands require a different advertising posture — protecting brand perception, targeting the right customer, and avoiding discount-driven tactics that erode brand equity. You have direct, working experience with Pacvue and can hit the ground running without a learning curve. You're comfortable inside Amazon Seller Central and the advertising console, and you understand keyword research, bid strategy, search term harvesting, and negative keyword management deeply. You can build and maintain weekly performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets that are clean and easy to understand. You communicate proactively - if something is going wrong, you raise it early, not after the fact.
