Role Snapshot
Own paid media performance across Sponsored Products/Brands/Display (and coordinate DSP). You’ll architect structures, scale efficiently, and keep TACoS healthy in partnership with brand managers. Not client-facing.
Schedule: 10:00–18:00 PHT
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,400 per month (DOE) + performance bonuses
Start: ASAP (immediate hire)
What You’ll Do
• Build/maintain account structures: intent-based campaigns, match-type strategy, bid & budget architecture.
• Daily optimizations: search term mining, negative sculpting, ASIN targeting, placement modifiers, dayparting.
• Creative testing: SB headlines/imagery/video, SD audiences; iterate for CTR/CVR lift.
• Forecast and pace budgets; balance revenue growth vs. efficiency (ACOS/TACoS/ROAS/NTB%).
• Launch plans for new products: pre-launch audits, rank playbooks, review velocity support.
• Measurement: build dashboards, cohort views, contribution margin awareness, incrementality tests.
• Explore/coordinate DSP line items (audiences, retargeting, ASIN views, NTB expansion) with internal specialists.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
• 3–5 years hands-on Amazon Ads experience at an aggregator, agency, or brand.
• Proven results managing omni-channel consumer brands with meaningful DTC + Amazon volume.
• Expert in bulk-ops/automation and optimization workflows; strong Excel/Sheets.
• Fluency in the metrics that matter: ACOS vs. TACoS, CPC, CTR, CVR, NTB, blended margin.
• Clear written English; clean, actionable reporting.
Nice to Have
• Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai or similar tool stack; DSP experience; brand analytics/Market Basket/Category Insights.
