Role Overview
We are seeking an Amazon Ads Tech Specialist to manage the technical execution, optimization, and reporting of Amazon advertising campaigns. This role is highly platform-focused and requires strong expertise in Amazon Ads, data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, placements, and targeting strategies

Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, attribution discrepancies, and reporting inconsistencies

Analyze TACOS, ACOS, conversion rates, and keyword performance to drive optimization decisions

Build structured campaign frameworks for launches, scale, and maintenance

Collaborate with account management teams to align advertising strategy with client goals

Maintain performance dashboards and reporting for internal and client use

Stay current on Amazon advertising platform updates, beta tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications
Direct experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting skills with performance metrics
Working knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising interfaces
Ability to troubleshoot technical campaign issues independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Agency or multi-brand account experience
Experience with bulk sheets, advertising automation tools, or reporting software
Experience scaling ad accounts across multiple product categories
