JOB OVERVIEW

About Sellers Side
Sellers Side is a specialist Amazon PPC agency based in the UK. Amazon advertising is all we do. We've managed $350M+ in Amazon revenue across 400+ brands, mostly 6–7 figure sellers doing $30k–$500k per month. We work on a performance basis, so our fees depend on real results. That's why our team focuses on profit and TACOS, not vanity metrics. We're operators, not gurus. We work in the same dashboards and data as our clients, and we value clean execution and honest reporting.

The role
You'll run day-to-day Amazon Ads execution across a portfolio of client accounts, reporting to our PPC Lead. They set the strategy, and you make it happen accurately and on time. Most of our accounts sell on ---------- , with some on UK and EU marketplaces. This isn't a client-facing role. It's hands-on account work for someone who likes being in the data and takes pride in getting the details right.

What you'll do

Build and restructure Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, following our exact-match-led account structure
Run weekly optimisation: bid changes, search term harvesting, negation, and budget pacing
Monitor performance, spot problems early, and flag them to the PPC Lead with a clear explanation of the likely cause
Prepare the data behind client performance reports
Keep account structure and naming conventions clean and consistent across all accounts

What you'll need

2+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads management in Seller Central or Advertising Console (certifications alone are not enough)
Solid understanding of ACOS, TACOS and CVR, and how they affect each other
Confidence working with search term reports, bulk files and spreadsheets
Experience with Helium 10 or a similar Amazon tool
Strong written English, as most of our communication is async on Slack
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with UK working hours (9am–6pm UK time), Monday to Friday
A reliable internet connection and your own equipment

Nice to have

Agency experience managing multiple accounts at once
Experience with Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics data
Exposure to Amazon DSP or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
Experience on UK or EU marketplaces

What we offer

$2000–$3000 USD per month, depending on experience
Fully remote, from anywhere
days paid time off per year plus any local public holidays. You can take PH holidays not UK ones
A clear path toward account ownership as you grow
Work on established brands using a proven process, alongside an experienced PPC lead

How to apply
Send your CV and a short written answer (under 200 words) to this question:
"An account's ACOS rose from 25% to 35% over two weeks while sales stayed flat. What would you check first, and why?"

Applications without an answer won't be reviewed. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid practical task: auditing a sample search term report.
