We're looking for an experienced Amazon Account Specialist who enjoys the operational side of Amazon and takes pride in making complex problems disappear.

The Role
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position focused on the hands-on execution and operational management of approximately 5–10 Amazon client accounts. You'll work closely with Brand Managers, advertising specialists, and the Accelerazon leadership team.
Although this is a remote position, this is not an asynchronous or “work whenever you want” role. We operate as a highly collaborative team and expect our Account Specialists to be actively engaged with their teammates throughout the workweek.

You will be expected to:
Work 40 hours per week
Complete your 8-hour workday within the window of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
Maintain significant working-hour overlap with your assigned Brand Manager and the broader Accelerazon team
Participate in regular team meetings, team connects, and internal collaboration
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Be responsive and engaged during your working hours

What You'll Own
Examples include;
Product listing creation, updates, and catalog maintenance
Parent-child variation management
Managing product content through PIM and syndication platforms
Listing troubleshooting, suppression resolution, and stranded listing recovery
Case creation and ongoing communication with Amazon Seller Support
FBA shipment creation and inventory support
Identifying potential account issues before they become larger problems
Collaborating with Brand Managers to execute account strategies and client requests
We're looking for a problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and Amazon's constantly changing systems to find the right outcome—not someone who simply follows a checklist.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
You likely:
Have 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Have strong knowledge of Amazon's catalog structure and listing relationships
Have experience managing product content through a PIM, syndication platform, or content management system
Can independently troubleshoot complex Seller Central issues
Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Have C1 or C2 English proficiency and can communicate confidently in both written and spoken English
Are comfortable participating in team and client video meetings in English
Are comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment
Are dependable, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities

Required Experience
Amazon Seller Central
Amazon catalog management
Product listing creation and optimization
FBA shipment management
Account Health and policy compliance
Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills
C1 or C2 English proficiency
Ability to work 40 hours per week within the 7 AM–7 PM Eastern Time window

Preferred Experience
Agency experience managing multiple brands
Experience with PIM platforms such as PIMworks, Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), or similar systems
Experience with flat files and bulk uploads
Experience working with growing brands in the $500K–$10M revenue range
