Our fast-growing company based in the U.S. is looking for some amazing candidates to add to our team!

Stirling currently employs 6 full-time people + 2 part-time people in the Philippines and we are looking to add one more!

We're looking for a senior-level Amazon PPC & Listing Manager to take full ownership of advertising performance and catalog health across our Amazon presence. You'll drive paid media strategy end-to-end while ensuring every listing accurately and persuasively represents Stirling's brand, compliance standards, and product quality. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor-plus role for someone who can both execute at a granular level and set channel strategy with leadership.

You will work at home with a dynamic team ready to have a great 2026 and beyond.

The job requires the following:
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience, including at least 3 years managing PPC budgets directly
- Demonstrated track record improving ACOS/TACOS and organic ranking simultaneously (not just paid performance in isolation)
- Fluency with Amazon PPC and listing tools - we use Helium 10
- Working knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon's advertising and content policies
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building and interrogating your own reporting in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent copywriting instincts or close experience collaborating with copywriters to produce compliant, conversion-focused listing content
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, skincare, or another compliance-sensitive category strongly preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel independently in a remote, full-time role
- Bonus: familiarity with hemp-derived or other regulated wellness product categories and the associated labeling/claims landscape
