Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon business in both the UK and USA.
You will be responsible for day-to-day account management, listing optimisation, customer service, improving conversion and AOV and ensuring smooth operations. (Please note: this role does not include PPC management).

About Us
We are a UK-based, family-run business selling Christian cards and gifts with a focus on creative, meaningful design. Our products are sold via Amazon UK, Amazon USA, our own website, wholesale, Etsy and Walmart. We have been trading for 19 years and genuinely love what we do.
We are a team of 6 people, all based in the UK. We are members of the Titan Network, and any new employee would be required to complete their online training.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
• Monitor Seller Central (UK & US)
• Resolve listing issues (suppressed listings, errors)
• Improve conversion rate
• Improve Average Order Value
Listing Creation & Optimisation
• Improve titles, bullet points, and keywords
• Help create and update A+ Content
• Work with images and content
Inventory & Operations
• Track stock levels and flag low inventory
• Assist with FBA shipments
Customer Service
• Respond to customer messages
• Monitor reviews and feedback
Who you are
You are a reliable team player who can be trusted to work independently with minimal supervision. You are proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable researching solutions online.
You have a strong and stable internet connection (95%+ uptime).
You are available for a weekly tea
You have excellent spoken and written English.
As we are a Christian company selling Christian products, being a Christian is preferred but not essential.
The Ideal Candidate
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Honest, with excellent character, upholds ethical business principles and has a team-oriented mindset (essential)
• At least 2 years’ experience with Amazon FBA
• Strong research skills and self-motivated
• Reliable, with great attention to detail
