JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central expert to protect our brand and account health. You will be our "Amazon Bodyguard," responsible for ensuring our listings stay live, our account stays healthy, and complex programs like Amazon Transparency run smoothly.

You must be resilient. Dealing with Amazon Support requires patience and persistence. If you give up after one generic auto-reply, this job is not for you.

The Mission:

+ Zero Downtime: Keep all listings active and unsuppressed.

+ 100% Compliance: Manage Transparency codes and Policy Compliance to prevent account risks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Amazon Transparency Management (Critical):

+ Generate Transparency codes for new manufacturing runs.

+ Troubleshoot "Opaque" or invalid code errors.

+ Manage the enrollment/un-enrollment of ASINs to prevent inventory stranding.

+ Ensure our 3PL/Manufacturer applies codes correctly to avoid "Suspected Counterfeit" flags.

+ Account Health Monitoring:

+ Daily checks of the Account Health Dashboard.

+ Immediately appeal any "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations" or "Restricted Product" removals, and modify product listing to meet any listing issues that may come up with health supplements.

+ Write Plans of Action (POA) for any performance notifications.

Case Log Management:

+ Open and manage cases for listing issues (e.g., changes to titles/images not updating).

+ Escalate issues: You know how to get past the "copy-paste" replies from Tier 1 support to get real resolution.

Brand Registry:

+ Protect our listings from hijackers.

+ File IP complaints if unauthorized sellers attach to our branded listings (if applicable).

Requirements:

+ Experience: 2+ years specifically handling Amazon Seller Central Account Health or Brand Registry.

+ Specialized Knowledge: You must have experience with the Amazon Transparency Program. You know what a CSV file for codes looks like.

+ Problem Solver: You don't ask "what do I do?" when Amazon denies an appeal; you research the policy and try a different angle.

+ Communication: Fluent written English is required for writing persuasive appeals and Plans of Action.
