About the Role
We are a growing Amazon-focused agency managing multiple Seller Central accounts for a range of client brands. As our operations scale, we need reliable, task-focused support to handle the high-volume, repeatable work that keeps our accounts running smoothly.
This is a task-execution role. You will follow detailed SOPs, written guides, and Loom video walkthroughs to carry out bulk, repeatable tasks accurately and consistently. Precision, and the ability to follow instructions exactly are the most important qualities for this position.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will involve executing high-volume, repeatable tasks inside Amazon Seller Central, following documented step-by-step processes. Core task areas include:
Listing Operations
• Bulk listing updates using flat files and Seller Central's bulk edit tools
• Creating and editing product listings following provided templates and guidelines
• Uploading and formatting product images per provided specifications
• Running keyword research using tools we provide and entering data into structured templates
• Competitor listing data collection and entry
• Updating backend keywords, bullet points, titles, and descriptions per provided copy
Account Health & Monitoring
• Daily or weekly checks across multiple accounts for listing suppressions, policy flags, or performance alerts
• Logging issues into our internal trackers and following escalation
• Verifying that backend settings, categories, and attributes match specifications
• Routine auditing of listing content to confirm accuracy after updates
Content & Asset Coordination
• Uploading images and A+ content once approved assets are provided
• Checking image compliance against Amazon's technical requirements
• Keeping asset trackers and content logs up to date
FBA & Inventory Support
• Following SOPs to assist with FBA shipment creation steps
• Monitoring inventory-related dashboards and flagging issues per documented criteria
• Updating inventory notes and trackers as instructed

This role is built around process-following. You do not need to be an Amazon expert — but you do need to be extremely reliable, careful, and consistent. Specifically:
• You read instructions thoroughly before starting any task and ask clarifying questions upfront rather than making assumptions
• You follow SOPs and Loom video guides step by step, even when steps feel repetitive
• You flag anything unclear or unexpected before proceeding, rather than improvising
• You deliver work that is accurate and complete — mistakes from skipping steps or rushing are the most critical failure point in this role
• You communicate in clear, professional written English when logging updates, flagging issues, or asking questions
• You meet deadlines and proactively communicate when timelines are at risk
Qualifications
Required
• Fluent written English — you will read complex SOPs, guides, and instructions daily, and your comprehension must be excellent
• Prior experience working inside Amazon Seller Central (any capacity)
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented computer-based tasks
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
• Ability to follow video and written guides precisely
• Organised and consistent — able to track multiple tasks across several accounts without dropping details
Nice to Have
• Experience with flat file uploads or bulk listing edits
• Previous experience in an Amazon agency or e-commerce support role
• Experience using Asana, Notion, Helium10
• Comfort following Loom video tutorials as a primary training method
