JOB OVERVIEW

Who we are. A fast-moving online travel agency serving US and Israeli clients (Tel Aviv ⇄ New York and Europe). Small team, direct access to the owner, zero bureaucracy. Our best agents become trainers and team leads.

The job. You will live in Amadeus. Build PNRs, price and force-price fares, create TSTs manually when auto-pricing fails, issue tickets and EMDs, attempt reissues, add bags, seats, bassinets, and special meals. You will hunt fares like a pro — Amadeus vs ITA Matrix vs Google Flights vs the airline's own website — and present the best option like you're spending your own money. You will call airlines (EL AL, Wizz Air, Norse, Delta and more) to fix problems: missed flights, goodwill waivers, infant add-ons. You will also cover live chat for our brands and, over time, take client calls.

One metric matters. Our dashboard tracks how many days in a row the owner has NOT had to touch a ticket. You are hired to make that number grow.

Requirements. 2+ years hands-on with native Amadeus cryptic entries (not just a web portal on top of it); strong written English; a quiet home office with backup internet and power; comfort making phone calls in English; obsessive attention to names, dates, and deadlines.

Nice to have. Ticketing/reissue experience (ATC), award-booking experience with miles programs, airline or TMC/BPO background (Amex GBT, CWT, BCD or airline reservations), experience with Israeli or US Orthodox-Jewish clientele. Formal credentials welcome but not required: "Amadeus Reservation and Ticketing Cryptic Certification" or "IATA GDS Fares and Ticketing — Amadeus" — 2+ years of native cryptic work at a TMC or airline BPO counts the same.
