Virtual Assistant (VA) Job Ad
Position Title: Allied Health General VA - Working with an Australian Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Allied Health Company
Higher Pay Negotiable based on specific skillset in Physiotherapy and Health/Clinical Experience. This includes experience with practice management software, medical reporting and proofreading/notetaking. Medical knowledge preferred.
We are looking for a long term admin assistant for our growing Exercise Physiology Clinic Someone who is passionate about virtually assisting a growing, energetic, young and progressive physiotherapy/health business.
We are looking for an assistant who is multi-skilled, flexible, available and willing to help grow a business. We operate in a fast-paced environment, with lots of change and variability. This will be a developing role, and the tasks will increase over time. The Role will most likely begin at 1-2days per week and progress as the company and team grows.
An applicant who has experience with allied health is preferred.
Experience in Practice management software, Xero accounting, microsoft and VOip phone services is essential.
Some of the tasks undertaken will include:
Book-keeping and accounting reports
Report generation, proofing and
Updating our clinical and KPI dashboard via weekly data
Client Follow ups/calls/bookings
Facebook
Clinic schedule/roster management
Social media post creation
Social media post scheduling
Graphic creation for social media (primarily Canva)
Email
Google Analytics setup and management
Data entry projects
We need someone who has a reliable, fast internet connection and is available to communicate regularly.
We use Microsoft teams for communication.
Exceptional fluent, conversational English is a must, and medical/health knowledge is preferred but not essential. Time zones are not a factor (generally, work can be done in your own time, with agreed deadlines).
We are able to negotiate, but looking at a base retainer of a set fee per week (for up to a certain number of hours per week), and then an hourly rate for any extra work. We require someone with flexibility and the ability to take on varying amounts of work (with a minimum base commitment).
