JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a high-velocity, quota-focused Sales Assistant to own appointment setting, run persuasive Zoom demos, and drive closes with developers, homebuilders, contractors and high-end residential buyers. You will sell Italian custom interiors including kitchens and baths, prepare RFPs and RFQs, generate quotes, and manage the full sales cadence inside ---------- . Marketing and administrative support plus fully vetted leads are provided — your mandate is to close.

What You Will Own

Drive pipeline velocity through prospect follow-up, qualification, and appointment setting via phone, email, and CRM.

Run high-impact Zoom demonstrations and product walkthroughs that convert.

Prepare, price and submit RFPs and RFQs along with formal quotes, and move bids through to final decision.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management in ---------- including workflows, sequences, tasks, reminders, and opportunity stages.

Execute structured follow-up cadences so no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Manage relationships with developers, builders, contractors, and interior buyers; escalate to the CEO only at final close or when strategically required.

Hit weekly and monthly KPIs including meetings set, demos completed, quotes submitted, and win rate.

Document customer intelligence, objections, and competitive insights, and relay key learnings to marketing and product teams.

Must-Have Profile

Vocal, charismatic, and highly persuasive on the phone and on Zoom.

Proven closer with a strong hustle mentality who thrives in a quota-driven environment.

Direct experience selling into real estate development, homebuilding, contractors, or luxury interiors. Kitchens and baths experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience preparing RFPs, RFQs, and commercial quotes.

Advanced CRM user. ---------- preferred. Comfortable building sequences, automations, and workflows.

Exceptional follow-up discipline and strong memory for details. You track it, schedule it, and execute it.

Fast learner, coachable, and able to collaborate seamlessly with marketing and administrative teams.

Full-time availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST required. Remote role.

Strong English verbal communication skills with confident phone and Zoom presence.

Compensation and Structure

Hourly rate between 7 and 15 dollars per hour based on experience.

Performance upside includes an aggressive and transparent bonus and commission structure for closed sales. Significant earning potential tied to revenue performance.

Full-time role with a 30-day trial period to validate performance and KPI achievement.

Marketing, administrative support, and lead flow are fully provided. Your focus is closing.

KPIs We Will Measure

Weekly qualified meetings set.

Demos completed and demo-to-quote conversion rate.

Quotes and RFPs submitted per week.

Pipeline coverage and win rate.
