JOB OVERVIEW

I run a YouTube coaching program that teaches people how to build profitable faceless channels. The business is growing and I'm spending my time on admin instead of coaching and filming. I'm hiring one person to take that work off me permanently.

This is a long-term, full-time role. I'm not looking for an agency or someone juggling five clients.

What you'd do

Cut highlights and short clips from my long-form videos, and post them to the channel
Keep our CRM clean, every lead and client in the right place, nothing falling through
Run check-ins and check-ups with our coaching clients on a set schedule
Answer clients' basic questions (you'll have a FAQ and my guidance, anything complex comes to me)
Research outlier videos on YouTube in our niche and bring me what's working
Collect and bundle invoices
Send out client contracts
Track our KPIs and send me a weekly scorecard

Who this is for

You're a generalist who's good at several things rather than brilliant at one. Specifically, you can edit video competently, you've worked inside a CRM before, and you write clearly in English — you'll be speaking to my clients, so your writing is my brand's voice.

You're organised, you follow through without being chased, and when you're overloaded you tell me instead of quietly letting something slip.

You don't need to be an expert editor or a systems architect. Most of this work is straightforward. There's just a lot of it, and it needs someone reliable.
