JOB OVERVIEW

All-Round Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo & Creative)

We're Scale Up Partner, a marketing agency based in Ireland. Most of our clients are independent jewellers — engagement rings, bespoke pieces, high-value purchases. We don't sell cheap products online. Our job is to get the right person to book an appointment and walk into the showroom.

We're looking for one experienced all-rounder to run the day-to-day execution across these accounts. This is not entry-level. You need to have actually run ad accounts, built Klaviyo flows and edited creative yourself.

What you'll be doing day to day:

Building and managing Meta ad campaigns focused on appointment bookings and quality leads — not add-to-carts, not vanity metrics
Building and managing Google Ads — Search and Performance Max around high-intent terms like engagement rings, custom rings, local jeweller searches
Editing ad creative from the client's own photos and video — showroom footage, workshop and bench footage, real customers, real pieces
Klaviyo — lead nurture flows, appointment reminders, post-enquiry follow-ups, abandoned enquiry sequences, monthly campaigns
Building and editing websites and landing pages built around one goal: booking an appointment
Tracking setup and troubleshooting — Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, booking form and phone-call tracking
Weekly reporting per client — bookings, cost per booked appointment, what's working, what you're changing

On creative — read this before applying:
We do not use AI-generated images or AI video. Ever. Our clients sell real jewellery that people spend thousands on, and AI slop kills trust instantly. Every creative you make must be built from real assets the client gives us — their photography, their video, their store, their pieces. If your portfolio is Midjourney images and AI avatars, this role is not for you.

You must have:

2+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (tell us the biggest monthly ad spend you've personally managed)
Real Klaviyo experience — you've built flows from scratch, not just hit send on a campaign
Strong editing skills in Canva, CapCut, Premiere or similar, working with real footage
A genuine eye for premium, tasteful design. Jewellery brands cannot look cheap
Excellent written English — you'll be writing ad copy and emails for Irish and UK customers
Ability to work independently. We give you the brief and the assets, you come back with it done
Reliable internet and a computer that handles video editing

Nice to have:

Experience with jewellery, luxury, or any high-ticket appointment-based business
Shopify experience
Agency experience juggling multiple clients
Basic HTML/CSS

The details:

Full time, Monday to Friday
Some overlap with Irish time (GMT/IST) required for calls and quick turnarounds
Long-term role with room to grow as we take on more jewellers
