All-Around Graphic Designer
Job Title: All-Around Graphic Designer (Web, Brand, Social & Print) for a UK Creative Agency
Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Hours: UK business hours, Monday–Friday

About the agency
You'll be joining a full-service, strategically-minded design and marketing agency based in North East Lincolnshire, UK, with nearly 30 years in business. They deliver work that helps their clients get noticed, drive footfall, and increase sales and you'll be a genuine member of their in-house creative team, not an outsourced contractor.
About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, confident, creative all-rounder - not a specialist. Their existing designers each have a strength (web, brand, brochures) and work is distributed accordingly; you'll be the flexible pair of hands they can brief on anything.

What you'll be doing
• Working closely with the management team to translate client briefs into design concepts and finished artwork
• Social media graphics and campaign assets
• Website design and layout concepts
• Brand work, logos, identity, brand guidelines
• Print and brochure design
• Managing your own time to prioritise deadlines and requirements
• Working to briefs set by the Creative Director or a nominated senior designer, who will be your single point of contact

What we're looking for
• A strong portfolio showing range across at least three of: web, brand, social, print. A portfolio link is mandatory (applications without one will not be reviewed)
• 1+ years' experience within a design agency
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Good understanding of print and web export resolutions
• Awareness of current AI design tools and how they fit into a creative workflow
• Strong visual sense, creative flair, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable: own computer, fiber internet, backup power/internet arrangement
