JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Airtable & Zapier specialist to help build and maintain a custom workflow system for our growing property management business. This is a remote, flexible position with the opportunity for ongoing work beyond the initial project.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Building an Airtable base with multiple interconnected tables (Managers, Communities, Tasks, Recurring Task Templates).

Setting up formulas, rollups, linked records, and dashboards to track task status, manager performance, and community compliance.

Creating Zapier automations to generate recurring tasks, send reminders, and escalate overdue tasks.

Helping with system onboarding and documentation for the team.

Updating and maintaining the system as business needs evolve.

Additional opportunities (after the main project is completed):

Assisting with real estate Transaction Coordination (TC) tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Airtable (building bases, tables, formulas, rollups, linked records, dashboards).

Proven experience with Zapier automations.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

Ability to understand processes and create automated workflows.

Experience with real estate or property management tasks is a plus, but not required.

Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience creating SOPs or training documentation.

Experience with ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with real estate and property management workflows.
