JOB OVERVIEW

Aircraft Parts Procurement & Traceability Specialist

Full-time, remote. 3+ years in aircraft material management required.

We need someone who can look at a part, its paperwork, and its history — and tell us if it's airworthy, if the trace is clean, and what it's really worth.

What you'll do:

-Source and buy aircraft parts from OEMs, distributors, brokers, MROs, and part-out operations
-Review certification packages (Form 1, 8130-3, dual release, and more) before and after purchase
-Verify back-to-birth traceability on life-limited parts, and catch broken or altered trace before it becomes a problem
-Price parts based on condition, market comparables, and repair-vs-replace economics
-Run RFQs and negotiate price, warranty, and turnaround with vendors
-Support urgent AOG needs, even outside normal hours
-Handle logistics, customs, and import documentation into Kazakhstan/EAEU
-Screen vendors for sanctions and export-control risk
-Keep procurement records audit-ready

What we're looking for:

-3+ years in aircraft parts procurement, quality, or receiving inspection at an airline, MRO, lessor, or parts trading company
-Solid working knowledge of airworthiness certification standards
-Proven experience auditing traceability, including back-to-birth on LLPs
-Comfortable valuing parts independently and defending the number
-Familiar with parts marketplaces (ILS, PartsBase, Locatory) and MRO systems (AMOS, TRAX, Quantum Control)
-Understanding of EASA, FAA, and Kazakhstan AAK regulations
-Strong English for documentation and negotiation; Russian for daily work
-Comfortable saying no to a deal when the paperwork doesn't hold up

Nice to have:

-Vendor network in CIS, Europe, UAE, or the US
-Engine/APU material or part-out experience
-Quality background (AS9120, ASA-100)
-Kazakh language

How to apply:
Send your CV plus a short note on the fleet types and parts you've worked with, the systems you've used, and one traceability issue you personally caught and resolved.
